Student Grievance Redressal Committee (SGRC)

As per the notification by AICTE, Student Grievance Redressal Committee has been constructed under the regulation, All India Council for Technical Education (Redressal of Grievance of Students) Regulation, 2019 vide F. No. 1-101/PGRC/AICTE/Regulation/2019 dated 07.11.2019, to resolve student’s grievances.

Process and Timeline

  1. Submit grievance through portal on the above link.
  2. Institution forwards to SGRC within 15 days.
  3. SGRC gives decision within 15 days.
  4. If not satisfied, appeal within 15 days.
  5. Ombudsperson gives final decision within 30 days.

 

Appeal Instruction

“Students not satisfied with the decision of the SGRC may submit an appeal to the Ombudsperson within 15 days from the date of receipt of the decision.”
